Got 2nd hand ice skates for kid, were told at the time we can return them back for store credits. Went yesterday, waited in queue for 1 hour and at the counter younger associate (helpful one) said it would be 40$ cash if you want to return, older associate (not even looking at us) saying we don’t do cash at time of closing. Younger one said let’s do cheque to which older one responds I don’t want to do cheques. Younger one now says we cannot do anything about it no cash, no credits and no cheque and suggests to sell on marketplace. Not only the senior guy was rude by not even acknowledging us at the counter but to every suggestion just bluntly says can’t do and don’t want to do. Treating customers right and with respect is thing of the past it seems.

Last minute (Dec 30th) we decide to take our kids skating on NYE. We are prepared for a rush and the possibility that we may not get the sizes we need for the kids. Get into the store and there is a crowd in the back in the skating area. However, within seconds we were acknowledged and a representative, Ramesh, was measuring our kids feet. The store had a great selection at varying prices and the service was exceptional. We are now going skating tomorrow with our friends and my only concern is that I don't know how to skate - but I digress. Great store!!

Just came from the store and dealt with Anthony. It was such a delight! He was calm, pleasant, extremely patient , fair in the trade and just overall nice with great customer service skills. Awesome job Anthony! Overall, I cannot say I've ever had a bad experience at this store.

Went to Play It Again Sports in Brampton to trade in some previously enjoyed sports gear. I was treated very fair with the trade in amounts. Thanks Sam for being very reasonable with trading in all the hockey, lacrosse and baseball gear my son had grown out of. We used the trade in money for new stuff that we purchased at Play It Again. The staff at Play It Again on Main Street in Brampton are very friendly. Check out all the great previously enjoyed gear along with all the new items they sell.

I’ve been coming here for years to exchange and buy second hand skates, skiing equipment, etc and the service and quality have always been fantastic. There trade ins are high quality & in great condition.

I have been out of the ski game for a while switching back from snowboard. Got the best deal for trade in around (as far as Niagara) by a mile and found the skis, boots, poles and bindings that i wanted. All in 570 cad, which is amazing considering new gear starts at 900-1100 cad (any other store with the holiday deals), and my price also included sharpening and wax for my wifes skis Guys were professional and were able to set everything up in a few days to be ready for pickup. Dont forget the boxing week deals, they are worth it! Thank you, 10/10, would recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff with great selection of the used gears as well as the new stuff. If you are new to Hockey, they will help you to pick the right one for you! My daughter had a good time to prepare her first set of gears.

The #HolyChuckTruck was in Bramptons Play it Again Sports checking out all the hype to the start of hockey! Busy day, but the friendly staff made it totally awesome! Great job staffers!!
